Auction Terms & Conditions

Participation

Participation in the Confluence Charity Art Auction is open to individuals who register through the website and agree to the auction terms.

Bidding Commitment

All bids placed during the auction are considered binding commitments. The highest bidder at the time of auction closing will be considered the winning participant for the respective lot.

Payment

Winning bidders will be contacted after the auction closes and payment is expected within 72 hours of confirmation.

Registration Deposit

Participants are required to submit a refundable bidding deposit of ₹500 during registration. This deposit is refundable for participants who do not win a bid.

Artwork Condition

All artworks are offered as presented. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the artworks; however, slight variations may occur due to digital display differences. All sales are final and artworks once sold cannot be returned. A buy-back provision may be available after five years at an appreciated value, subject to applicable terms.

Additional Charges

GST, insurance, and shipping charges, where applicable, will be payable by the winning bidder depending on the delivery location of the artwork.

Use of Funds

Funds generated through this auction support educational and community learning initiatives conducted through Cultural Exchanges in collaboration with partner organizations.

Authenticity & Documentation

Each artwork is signed and stamped by the artist, carries a unique serial number, and is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity and a valid invoice issued by Cultural Exchanges.

Transparency

Auction results and acknowledgements will be communicated to participants after the closing of the auction.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to the auction will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
